Merhaba 5. Sınıf! Simple Present Tense (To Be) Öğreniyoruz!

Bugün İngilizce'de çok önemli bir konu öğreneceğiz: Simple Present Tense, yani şimdiki zamanın basit hali. Bu derste "olmak" fiilini (to be) nasıl kullanacağımızı göreceğiz. İngilizce'de "ben ...'ım", "sen ...'sın", "o ..." demek için "to be" fiilini kullanırız.

İşte "to be" fiilinin şimdiki zamanda nasıl değiştiğini gösteren bir tablo. Bu tabloyu dikkatlice inceleyelim:

Unutmayın: İngilizce'de her özne için "to be" fiilinin farklı bir şekli var! "I" için "am", "he/she/it" için "is", "we/you/they" için "are" kullanıyoruz.

Olumsuz Cümleler

Olumsuz cümle yapmak için "to be" fiilinden sonra "not" kelimesini ekliyoruz. Kısa şekillerini de kullanabiliriz:

Kısa Şekiller: İngilizcede konuşurken ve yazarken genellikle kısa şekilleri (isn't, aren't, I'm not) kullanırız.

When we express ourselves in everyday life, we often talk about situations that are already happening. We often use present continuous tense to tell others about our own lives and to inform people about what is happening around us. Therefore, it is really important to know about the use of present continuous tense.

Example Sentences

• She is talking to you and you are not listening to her. This is really shame.
• You are not doing that, right?
• They are not coming, sorry.
• It is not helping to me, please stop it.
• I am doing well.
• I am seeing my dentist on Wednesday.
• Why aren’t you doing your homework?
